MALLOW-EX (TM)

Boasting countless applications for bakers, candy makers and specialty food manufacturers, the newly developed Mallow-Ex is the first product of its kind that challenges the boundaries of what can be done with marshmallow. White Stokes introduces two versions of the product, currently know as Mallow-Ex "A" and Mallow-Ex "B", in a gelatin-free formula.



  • Mallow-Ex "A" is intended for extruding, and is typically used as a layer for bars, utilizing both single and dual extrusion.

  • Keeps true marshmallow flavor.

  • perfect for depositing into candy shells.
