MALLOW-EX (TM)

Boasting countless applications for bakers, candy makers and specialty food manufacturers, the newly developed Mallow-Ex is the first product of its kind that challenges the boundaries of what can be done with marshmallow. White Stokes introduces two versions of the product, currently know as Mallow-Ex "A" and Mallow-Ex "B", in a gelatin-free formula.

• Mallow-Ex "B" is a bakery filling with heat reversible qualities that allows the product to be heated, pumped or spread, which will then reset its original form.

• Mallow-Ex "B" can also be baked as a filling or topping, and 'browned' in the oven for a toasted marshmallow appearance.

• Keeps true marshmallow flavor.

• perfect for depositing into candy shells.
